We sold our home and the buyers used Valley Mortgage for their FHA loan. That day came and we were told that they still didn't have all the required documents ready for closing and they needed another day. A hour before we were scheduled to close, we get a call from our Realtor stating Valley still were not ready to close and it would be the following week. The next week came and we were told they needed one more day. Well we finally closed 8 days later than scheduled which cost us some money in interest but at least it was done...So we thought! Just got a call from our Realtor again the other day (about a month after the close date) explaining that Valley Mortgage forgot to have us sign a document that needs to be notarized. So, we have to take time out of our day to go to their office to sign yet another document. I'm so glad that we didn't use them for our lender!!! I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Because she left him a bad review. What's a vacation have to do with you not being able to stick a vent cleaning device in a vent? The vent runs east and west on the south side of the room he snakes the plunger north a foot from my daughters room in electric cords running from breaker to her room. How can you claim to clean vents when you don't even put the snake plunger in the vent. It's the simplest and easiest job in the world. I used a coat hanger to pull it ouT grabbing the head of it from the hole In The ceiling. You could've burned down their house by starting and electrical fire or ripped the electric cables out of the breaker. I bet you were pulling hard because the cables were pulled into the truss behind the head of the snake. I pulled the head to the hole in ceiling by door. Look two reviews down. Ashley M. We also haven't gotten our electric bills still- and yes while I get it's a new system- I don't recall signing up to be Roers guinea pig. I went from thinking so highly of Roers to the absolute opposite within 3-4mos? I wouldn't recommend- in fact I will absolutely steer anyone I know who may consider this place. Oh, also, we never get updates on the timeline of things, but funny to hear them giving the run down to prospects/new tenants. Roers does not have staff that know how to communicate with their residents.

I called and a human answered. I explained what I needed repaired. He asked a few questions then gave me a quote over the phone. Plus they use 15,000 cycle springs instead of the industries 10,000 cycles. He said if I want to get put on the schedule for the next day to send him a few pictures with the name address and phone number and he'll give it a thumbs up in a text message. Well, that is exactly what I did and this morning one of his employees that does the installs texted me and told me approximately when he would be here. Then he messaged me this afternoon with a better time frame which was exactly the time he quoted as earlier. By the time I got home, he was done. He was probably here for 30 minutes. He had everything adjusted, but still had me push the button just to make sure if I noticed anything out of whack. Everything works as it should. They take checks or cash, and they will take a card, but warn people that it will be 4% extra. I couldn't be more satisfied and I'm glad to have it done in such a minimal timeframe.

After troubleshooting over the phone, Jeremy suggested they send a service tech to further investigate the problem. The next day Jacob from Fargo Garage Floors and Doors came out to troubleshoot and ultimately fixed the door problem within minutes. Likewise he communicated through pictures and phone call ,explaining the issue and solution reached in a very professional and timely manner!! Great company and great respectful customer service! A little back…read morestory...we had purchased my parents old home and a lot of work needed to be done, we were on a tight budget and just wanted it livable to get moved it. The remodeling company we hired were taking forever getting stuff done and we felt left out of the loop a lot. My brother recommended Ira's as he had worked with John previously and thought very highly of him. When we got to the point we could get our cabinets installed we reached out to them, we had gotten cabinets and counter tops from someone who was doing a remodel and just hoped we could figure out how to make them work for us, John made time to meet us and get a game plan for us, he understood we were on a budget and were more worried about just figuring out how to make them work versus how they would look, we had set aside enough to try to get the main cabinets where the sink would go installed so we could get some running water to start cleaning. His crew showed up talked to us a bit and started work right away, we figured in the few hours we could afford they would get one section done and planned on down the road saving to get it finished up, but in just a few short hours they had it all done for us, even though we said that we weren't concerned with looks, they picked out not only the most functional layout for us but installed them beautifully. His crew asked all the right questions about what we're hoping for and exceeded our expectation knowing they were working with stuff that wasn't new. They had some creative ideas for our small kitchen and made sure it would work with our ideas. They kept us updated and if something we had planned for wasn't going to work they would give us other options rather than just claiming it wouldn't work. They cleaned up any mess that was left and you wouldn't have known they did it for us in a bit of a time crunch. John even stopped by later to check it out and make sure we liked it and offered to help with anything else they could do, but I honestly couldn't think of anything, they truly did everything we had asked of them and went above and beyond to work with us. I highly recommend them and am willing to go into more details of our layout design if anyone wants. Thank you guys for the amazing kitchen, it looks beautiful.
