The servers began to run their water tor pedicures and give them the color palette books for their services. I then ask, why are they being serviced b4 me. Staff said they had appointments. I then asked the ppl if they had appointments and they said NO. So one them came over to run me some water for my pedicure. In the middle of running the water, the owner(I assume) came over and told the tech that I had to move to another chair because he had a couple to come in and wanted to sit together. So I had to get the water drain out and and move over to another chair. Bottom line this has just not been a great nor good experience for me. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!

The wax isn't scorching hot and damaging to the skin, so it makes for an enjoyable experience (as much joy you can have getting your chin and lip waxed). You really need to look for the iLashed sign when driving there because it looks like a residential house. You must park across the street on the black asphalt lot or you can park in the backyard. There is a lot for the brick medical offices also across the street, but I feel they may tow you. I got the $100 mink classic full set but my aesthetician Andrea said it is more of a half set (amount of lashes). She said their "glam full set" $150 is what is needed for a darker look, although for me, glam means overboard. It took only one hour instead of the 2 hours on their website. I expected a little more lashes with the "classic full set" $100 as opposed to their $75 "classic half set." But overall very happy, so soft and natural and not stiff, glossy, or in any way artificial. I would get the glam full set if you want to look that you at least have mascara on but still natural and classic full set if you want the makeup free look. Andrea says that you must avoid oil based products near the eyes and brush them under and over with your complimentary spoolie. It is $60 for the classic refill. Most prices in Columbus are $175 and up for the Xtreme Lash brand, but this company uses 100% real mink. You can't beat the price. You can get your lashes removed for $10 at Hollywood Nails instead of $80 here.

When I booked, I booked the "Custom Brows $100 deposit" (that's literally all the information it gives) option from the drop down box. I got a call the day of asking if I would move my appointment up, and I said I'd try and mentioned what I was hoping to get done. She told me on the phone that she doesn't offer microblading, she only does powder brows. But that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website or on the booking app. Or I wouldn't have booked it. So, instead of get a tattoo on my face that I'm unsure about, I decided to cancel. She then informed me that she would be keeping the deposit of $100. Now, look. I get that people have to make money. But, if your website is unclear and someone makes an appointment with a reasonable assumption about what services they'll be receiving based on the information provided there, then it feels a bit sketchy to keep the deposit. These ladies could be wonderful, but I'll never use any of their services now. It's just really bad customer service. Enjoy the $100 that I set aside to pamper myself after 15 months of breastfeeding as a new mom, Amy, because even if I do end up deciding to go with powder brows, I'm taking the rest of my money to my friend's artist in Pensacola. So frustrating and disappointing.

Very natural color, length and shape. She uses eyelash extension glue that doesn't burn, versus hair extension glue which burns and turns the eyes red. She is professionally trained and a true artist. Her eyebrow artist is about to be trained on the ombré method. I look forward to having that done.
