The servers began to run their water tor pedicures and give them the color palette books for their services. I then ask, why are they being serviced b4 me. Staff said they had appointments. I then asked the ppl if they had appointments and they said NO. So one them came over to run me some water for my pedicure. In the middle of running the water, the owner(I assume) came over and told the tech that I had to move to another chair because he had a couple to come in and wanted to sit together. So I had to get the water drain out and and move over to another chair. Bottom line this has just not been a great nor good experience for me. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Kelsey did my nails and bit did she have a challenge! She was so wonderful and worked so very hard and my nails look wonderful! Jesse did my Pedi and again, what a great job! I took my mother to get pedicures and full sets done on our nails this past weekend. Let me say…read morefirst that there were only two people getting their nails done when we walk in. We started with the lady giving us our pedicures. She made the water scorching hot and rolled her eyes when we told her it was entirely too hot. Then, she kept going back and forth during the pedicure to watch the man do nails. Our water got cold, she left the towels around our legs so long they got cold, and never rinsed the exfoliating stuff off of our legs. While she was painting my mother's toes, I SWEAR TO YOU we heard what sounded like a rat rummaging around in the back. My mother wanted to give that the benefit of a doubt, so we went to the nail stations. The man kept putting the fake nail on wrong on all of my fingers and they kept popping off when he tried to file them. He cut THREE of my fingers with the cuticle grinder by it "slipping" up onto the skin. Did I get an apology? No! When my fingers started bleeding all he said was "uh-oh". No offer of a band-aid or anything! We finally got done 6 HOURS LATER and they wanted to charge us $80 each even though he cut my fingers up! The only reason we went to this place is so we could find a nail salon closer than Montgomery. You better believe we will NEVER visit this salon ever again and I will continue to drive to Montgomery to Anthony Vince! They are very respectful, do a great job, and WON'T CUT YOU!

Heidi, I believe who is the owner, finished the design in a hurry to get back to her client. My sister & I had gotten the same nails. Heidi had previously worked on hers, which looked great. I was already aggravated as is because it had taken my nail tech several tries before asking for help. My family was half way through their pedicure before I was seated on the opposite end of the room blocked off from everyone else by a curtain. We ended up having to pay full price with something that I wasn't even satisfied with. Not the best place to recommend for anyone wanting a girls day.
