On Monday morning I received a text letting me know that they would be unable to assist me with the move due to a crew issue/injury. This left me scrambling to find someone who could assist me in moving before incurring additional charges for staying through the end of my lease. Scheduled weeks in advance, all calls/texts indicated everything was all setup. Packed, ready and waiting at the start of the four hour window. Check-in half way through the window: previous customers were under prepared and "timing would be tricky" -- "we can still do it, maybe into the night". We were last to be hauled. One hour then two hours past the window, we called & prodded -- "we can do it!" Four'ish hours past the window -- "not going to happen". An offer to reschedule for sometime next week was pitched since they couldn't push tomorrow's customers out. So, we were simply kicked off the schedule. This isn't how appointments or queues work! Waiting with our household in boxes was not possible. No follow up phone call or rescheduling happened. Last text was five hours past the window, 9pm after being ready since 1pm. Good grief!
