Followed up via email on December 17 (requested delivery date) as to the status, as was told they would ship on December 20 for delivery December 22. Followed up AGAIN on December 21, as that status had not changed from "processing", and no tracking information had been provided - no response. Finally received an email on December 27 advising that the orders were shipped on December 20, and tracking information was provided. Unfortunately, this was five days AFTER delivery. Operating in the dark, and not knowing if they had shipped or not, I ordered a replacement from a local vendor at the same price. Requested refund for one order for the additional expense incurred, and was told they don't guarantee "requested" delivery. Advised them "guaranteed delivery" was not the issue - the issue was poor customer service and response time, which resulted in the additional expense. Gave them an additional opportunity to issue and refund and ensure the possibility of future business (typically multiple times per year), or do nothing, ensure NO future business, as well as the impact of a negative review. Guess which option they took? Caveat Emptor, everyone!
