The tiramisu flavor was nailed on the spot, and the dessert itself is not overly sweet. Using macarons as the base is an innovative idea that works extremely well for this dessert. If you have the opportunity to check her out at the Hilo night market, you should! She also makes macarons and crème brûlées, and I look forward to trying those down the road.

*This is strictly about the macarons & service since I was able to try these because of the Made in…read moreHawaii Festival*. Decided to give their macarons a try since my cousins said I should try it since they've gotten them during this year + last year's MIH and I can understand why. I will admit their macarons are a bit on the sweeter side but for me it isn't to the point where my teeth hurt so I was super happy about that. My absolute favorites from my box were the fruity pebbles, ube, oreo, & birthday cake because of how spot on they were flavor wise although for me the ube, oreo, & lilikoi flavors were a bit faint. For me the salted caramel was my least favorite but I think it's mostly because I've never tried actual salted caramel before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Despite this I'm hoping that next year I'll be able to try their cookie butter macaron since my cousins said that it was good but they were sold out of it by Saturday night when I went. As for the service I'm pretty sure it was one of the owner's daughters & her mom that I interacted with and they were so nice so definitely hope to see them again next year!
