Eight months later, we are still waiting for the job to be completed. According to the installers, in April, Jim ordered the wrong transition strips to go between the LVP flooring and the ceramic tile. Jim reordered more transition strips. These strips were too narrow to fill the gap left between the two floors. Jim said that he would reorder in more transition strips. He told us would get back to us and come out to ensure these strips would work - that was in September. Jim did not get back to us, I had to contact him. Here we sit, the floor still is not completed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business! It is by far the worst follow-up and communications I have ever encountered from a business owner!

If I didn't find a tile it was ridiculously expensive. Like 20sqft came out to about $700-$800 and it wasn't even super fancy tile. The cost wasn't necessarily per sqft but more per each piece of tile. It's just not reasonable when it comes to pricing. Now the staff is really great and super nice and they take the tone to talk to you and help you. If you come with a stroller you gotta park out back because if you go through the front you can't get to the tile without having to go up some stairs

Now we have to do a bathroom over because they got self-leveler in the shower. Nothing is matching the way I wanted. They sent baseboards that wouldn't marry up with those on the stairs. They damaged the drapery. They scratched and dented so many things. I am very dissatisfied. They put chemicals into the pan that I use for water for my 7 dogs that would have killed them if I had not seen it. They used these chemicals to try to get thinset off of the curtains that they got on there. They don't tell you any prices until the very end, and then you go into complete cardiac arrest. The counter top they proposed was $13,000. We almost had a heart attack. I have standard sized cabinets, and I want to get back into the house ASAP, but they wanted to go with custom cabinets, adding time and money to the project. They take something thats $200 and make it $600 by "custom" making them. They made such a big deal about it. Now I'm making a big deal. They said they would carefully take the pantry shelving unit out that was installed by rooms-by-design and then reinstall it. Instead, they destroyed it and hauled it off in a dumpster. Now I have nowhere to put my groceries. Thank you Prosource.
