I swung through the drive thru to grab a Jetty Jr. The line was moving pretty slow, but honestly, that wasn't a huge deal. The lady at the window was nice, so no complaints there. But the smoothie? Not it. It was more like a slush than an actual smoothie. super icy and not blended well at all. Definitely not what I was expecting. Ended up being kind of a letdown. WARNING: PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECIEPT BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU. My family and I visited Tropical Smoothie last night on 2/09/2023. I thought it was really strange for the drive thru clerk to not let us complete the transaction after the pin was entered like we tend to do when visiting and placing our order. This time the clerk completed the transaction after giving us back our card. They decided to slip in a tip onto our receipt thinking we wouldn't review those details later on. We never approved for that to be added when we paid for our order. I did bring this to the attention to the manager on duty over the phone before returning there to get a refund. I appreciate them willing to work with us, but their silence over the phone once I told them about it was incredibly concerning. I really love going here, and this has never happened before. We normally don't grab smoothies later in the night either. I didn't think time played a role in a place I thought to always be legit and cool with customers. I'm rating this at half because the smoothies they make there are still awesome, and any other workers there continue to do a great job. I wish I could rate tropical smoothie cafe more than 5 stars. The 7am crew was beyond friendly, very welcoming, and overall the best customer service experience I've ever had. The manager was exceptional and very friendly along with the front counter girl. The service was so fantastic i visited every morning for breakfast the entire week I was there. The service was fast, breakfast food was amazing and the smoothies tasted fantastic! One million stars and beyond!!!!! Would recommend to everyone! read more

It's reasonably priced and the food is always good plus the service is always fast and friendly! I usually get a flatbread and a large smoothie but then save half of the smoothie in the freezer! The smoothies seem a bit pricey but every kind I've tried has been really good! Ordering at the drive through (almost never my preference) is surprisingly quick and efficient and you can actually understand the person taking your order! For predictably good food TSC is hard to beat! read more

Great customer service from the moment we walked in. It was my first time here because I wanted something more light and healthy for lunch and this place popped up. The employee suggested the Bahama Mama smoothie and Chicken Pesto flatbread so I went with that. And to boot I got the apple & kale side and that was just another party in my mouth. Tangy and creamy - with that punch of vinegar. Hands down one of the worst sandwich experiences we have had. I had a Cuban sandwich and it was a marginal sandwich. I have had many Cuban sandwiches and it was definitely below average. My wife had an Ultimate Club, and it was tasteless. My wife didn't even eat half the sandwich including me taking two bites to concur with her opinion of the sandwich. Had to come back for more, BUT unfortunately second time around was not great. 8/23 morning crew was not professional at all, I sat and watch girl make my smoothie as that's part of the attraction. She rush threw it, dropping every ingredient of my smoothie into other ingredients and mixing it all up. She then continue to blend my smoothie 3 times and the end result was horrible, chunks of ginger and cilantro on first sip. The smoothies are great... the customer service however, is horrendous. Having experience in the service industry, I try to refrain from going near closing time, but sometimes life happens & that was the case tonight. When we arrived 10 minutes prior to close, the drive thru was already closed. When we pulled around to the front & saw that the open light was still on, we began walking inside. As we neared the door, an employee quickly ran to the door and locked it. Go to smoothie king instead... they actually stay open until 9! read more
