I've been to this Fisher's location several times, but not as often as some of the other area locations. My food and smoothies have always been prepared to my order, which usually includes customizations. I usually go for the healthier smoothie choices but occasionally splurge for the decadent ones. The chocolate covered strawberry smoothie is being featured right now and it is fantastic. Service is fast and friendly. I usually pick up my orders first carry out but the tables are always clean and the dining room is attractive. Sometimes parking can be a bit of a challenge here because there are so many popular restaurants in this area. There is always parking available but you might have to park and walk farther sometimes. It has dragon, pineapple, and passion fruit and lime from a concentrate. I also added a collagen supplement. I tried a Snickerdoodle as well. Nothing extraordinary about it. Update: I did the online survey, with my phone number and email address provided, days before the owner commented on this post. I've still not been personally contacted. My husband moved from Ohio and has always loved the pomegranate plunge smoothie. When we saw this location open, he was thrilled! I saw the ad about downloading the app for a free smoothie. I did so but no free smoothie, you have to order something on the app first, which you're informed of after. The smoothie was ready after about 10 minutes, just shy of $8. I went inside to pick it up and saw one young woman working, who seemed to be in a less than stellar mood when watching me walk in and asking if I wanted a copy of my receipt. Upon my husband's first sip, utter disappointment. The only flavor is strawberry, none of the other fruits this drink is supposed to contain. It's also full of ice, including big chunks of ice that clog the straw. An hour later, it's still too thick and icy to drink through a straw. It stinks that Fishers can't be like the Ohio locations that were so deliciously consistent and always made correctly. We have no desire to return, especially with much better tasting, better priced, reliable smoothies down the street at Smoothie King. read more

I definitely love a good smoothie...especially after a workout!! Lucky for me Tropical Smoothie Cafe is just across the street from LA Fitness...so it worked out perfectly. The place is bright and open with seating for a team or for a couple of people. The people who work there are very nice and try their best to be fast. The smoothies are tasty. I decided to stop here since I had a coupon that needed to be utilized. The coupon was buy a food item and get a free 24oz smoothie. When I walked into the store I was greeted and the employees were very friendly. This restaurant is a nice place to get and maintain eating healthy. The location was very clean. I love how they have a rewards program where you get so many points towards free items. Also you can order ahead on the app if you have it. I will definitely be going back again due to the nice prices and the great customer services. That Hawaiian pizza was great I could have ordered it again. I added a protein boost and some Splenda because I was told it's not very sweet. It was perfect! And it's gigantic! Great value. My second visit was just to grab a kids meal. We got a ham n cheese wrap with chips and a strawberry lime smoothie. The wrap was lightly toasted and warm, but not hot. Perfect temp for kiddos to start eating right away. They have Miss Vickie's chips!!! We live for kettle style crunch with our sandwiches. We got salt n vinegar. But you have to grab them yourself - don't forget! The star of the show was the smoothie. Whoa!! It was delicious and the perfect size. No leftovers to melt and get sticky in my backseat! Not the most economical kids meal out there, but I guess the value is there. What an adorable west-coast-inspired smoothie shack! The design of the shop is so cute, from the distressed wood tables to the brightly colored stools and chairs. I was craving something frozen and sweet, so I stoped by Tropical Smoothie Café to satisfy my need for a day-off treat. After looking at the prices on the menu, I decided that a kids meal would be enough for me (after all, it does come with a free side!) Unfortunately, smoothies are not included with the kids meal, and if you want to add one to your meal, it's $3.99 for a 12 oz cup. I thought this was pricey considering the size, so I opted for a $4.99 24 oz a la carte smoothie instead. My kids grilled cheese was definitely cheesy, but it had a waxy taste to it. My sister got a buffalo chicken wrap, and for the price, ($8.69), it was quite small. Size aside, it was still stuffed to the brim with tomatoes, chicken and buffalo sauce! Also, my sister ordered a "smoothie combo" meal, but she was charged an extra $4.99 for her smoothie! Finally, I thought the staff member taking our order was acting very rudely and was not welcoming. My experience here is consistently good. The smoothie options are vast and such a nice treat. My favorites are the paradise point and detox island green. I miss the acai smoothie they used to have. They have a rotation of seasonal flavors, so perhaps it was one of those? They serve food here too, but I usually pick up a smoothie. They have one standard size and it's quite generous. So I went in there for the first time today. There were a lot of pros and definitely some cons. I will say the first several pros are: 1) easy parking and easy store access- they are located in the new Fishers Yard 2) employees all wear masks 3) size of the drinks. The store offers one size and it is pretty large 4) Many drink options and they do have food as well Some of the cons were: 1) The store was not that busy and it did take a moment for them to make my drink. I will say they were dealing with both order ahead and in store orders. After several minutes someone did ask what I was waiting for and the girl behind the counter was working on my order. 2) My drink was not as sweet because I ordered with Splenda instead of Turbinado sugar, however it tasted as if there wasn't any Splenda at all. Although there were some cons I'm definitely up for trying this place again and maybe ordering some food. read more

I have enjoyed smoothies from this locally owned smoothie franchise at their Carmel location and at a Yelp event, but this was my first visit to the new Fishers location. Like the other, there is parking out front, an order counter, and tables to dine and/or wait for your order to be served. The list of options (including calorie count) is overhead behind the counter. After ordering, you pay and give them a name to identify the order. I selected a Blueberry Bliss smoothie. Note that they only have one size for their smoothies and they seem quite large to me. I really enjoyed the fruit forward flavor. Note that although they don't seem super cold, I did get a bit of brain freeze from drinking it too fast. My only complaint is that there was some loud equipment running near the order counter, which when combined with the background music, made hearing the staff's questions a bit difficult. The second time I waited I had to step up and ask where is my order after watching people walk in and leave after me. I asked to cancel my order and refund me. They said they don't offer refunds and gave manager number. The manager is a joke! She's never there and barely answers the phone. I confirmed twice the time I came in so she could issue a refund.... But I was pleasantly surprised at their food selection, and cost effective combo of entree and smoothie for $12.
