I ordered pick-up since I was in a rush and wasn't sure how busy they got, but when I walked in, it was actually pretty steady! A few people were posted up working, so it definitely seems like a solid spot to chill or get things done. The menu is super robust-- açaí bowls, teas, cold sandwiches, protein shakes, and more. I went with the banana nut protein shake and wow... it was so good. I had it for breakfast and it easily held me over until lunch. My cousin got an açaí bowl with Nutella that looked amazing. This place is always amazing! The menu has a large variety of drinks, smoothie bowls, and snacks. My favorite go-to is the Circle City Bowl, it is always reliable and a refreshing part of my day. The staff is super friendly and quick and will get to know you personally as well (especially if a frequent visitor)! The great atmosphere from the staff leads to a great environment around the store as a whole and makes it a place I want to support. The space has a lot of great natural lighting as well as a good set up for completing work or wanting to meet up with friends. I'm not new to Nutrition Hub! However, I am new to purchasing the shakes. I tried the Reese cup shake and I would say it's a 10/10. I really enjoy how light it is and I can't taste any dairy ‼ I also order the spa day and I really enjoy how tangy it is. My team brings in students all the time to patronize (sometimes weekly) before moving to our next working location. Today we were meet with unkind words because we had a bag a chips. We had planned to buy a couple of drinks so we could enjoy our chips. They made a big deal about it because we did not buy a sandwich or other products. It's right next to Moody's butcher shop. I walked in and was instantly greeted, so sweet. I was given recommendations on their personal favorites and top 10 most ordered. I love banana so I tried the banana nut bread smoothie. It's $8 with 24g protein and 21 vitamins and minerals, no way! On top of the price, it really does taste like banana nut bread. This is one of my favorite go to spots for a healthy meal after the gym! The smoothies have protein powder and meal replacement, so they're filling and tasty but only about 240 calories each. There are also add-ons such as extra whey protein or fiber. My favorite flavors are Fruity Pebbles and Brownie Batter. (Literally tastes like liking the bowl ) Besides the protein shakes there's also a full fantastic menu of teas that are low in sugar and calories and have a sweet but tangy taste. This place has gone downhill over the last couple of years, and not because of the quality of their products. Went in to get a post-workout drink and before I even walked through the door, the two girls behind the counter were pretty obviously talking about me for some reason or another. When I walked in, they turned to laugh with each other (assuming it's about whatever they were saying about me before i walked in), and one walked over to the counter like she was forced to be there (all of this is while a manager is on her computer in the corner). I didn't get a greeting, just a glance as I started to order. I put in my order and she started to make the drinks. When they were done, they were just placed in front of me. No smile, no "thank you", no "here you are". Nothing. She went to pour the rest of what was in the blender of my shake to give to her coworker. Again, in front of the manager. The past couple of years, there has been more rude high school/college girls that have 0 customer service skills. If someone was already having a bad day and just needed a pick me up, this would leave them feeling worse. Accidentally went here, because there was a sign above it for a Thai noodle shop (that wasn't open yet). We saw people with drinks and thought they were Thai Iced teas, but that wasn't the case. Figured we would try it out, since we were already there. Drinks weren't good, we actually threw them away when we stopped for gas just down the road. We had the Elvis shake and Ninja Turtle tea and it was $15 (with tip). I didn't think much of it and wasn't going to review until I was watching a tik tok that was describing these "nutrition" places that were actually store fronts for the MLM, Herbalife. Then it all started to click. I did a google search and the teas and shakes are Herbalife. I'm just going to say that this is just sketchy, and any sense of "community" that this store front will give you is more than likely a ploy to get you in their downline, as that is the goal of any MLM. If not, it's just a way for them to move their product. Herbalife has had some very questionable ethics and like most supplements, are not FDA approved. If the owner can dispute that this isn't an Herbalife front, I will gladly edit this review. Regardless the set up when you walk in is super weird, there is no real direction, there's just random menus on the bar. You don't pay after ordering. It's very chaotic energy.
