30-50 WARNING! ‼ This location knowingly puts RAW BACON(pork) in their flat breads/wraps etc.. Went to speak to the manager and he was speechless. The girls preparing the food of course could've cared less but when I asked the manager if he would've ate the bacon he said NO it is RAW. So if I get sick from eating raw bacon no one will be held accountable?! This warrants a lawsuit for it is dangerous to have people in their kitchen that do not know that BACON NEEDS TO BE COOKED!!!!! Of course the manager did nothing about it. I give the smoothies and the food five stars. It's the customer service that is subpar. They don't greet you when you walk in. They act like you're the problem because you ordered a smoothie or that they just don't want to do their jobs. It's not a very inviting place. read more

This is the WORST Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Texas! Turnover of staff is horrendous and wait times for food is off the chain! I went yesterday to order TWO items! I waited in line for 30 minutes only to drive away from the window because the smoothie was damn near watered down when I got to the window! ***UPDATE. Great that customer service replies to these reviews which provide absolutely no resolution. I did fill out customer service complaint in app 2 weeks ago as stated in the original review and have heard nothing back. This is crazy that absolutely no resolution resulted. The customer service here it's always awful. Whenever I come in it's like I'm bothering them. Last time I was in, there was a girl behind the counter with such a bad attitude. A customer complained about her attitude then the girl behind the counter started kicking and throwing stuff around the kitchen, then ripped off her headphones and stormed off. On the upside the place is always clean and the smoothie s are tasty. The food can be hit or miss depending on who makes it that day. It can be really good or it can be totally sloppy and heavily salted. Honestly, the only reason I still give them my business is because my kiddo likes it. read more

The first time i went to this location the smoothie was amazing, but they gave me the wrong wrap and forgot my kale slaw.Every Tropical smoothie ive been in has greeted people as they walked in, not here. Today was the second time i've tried this location and the food i got this time was good and the smoothie was ok. The smoothie was not blended nearly enough so it was chunky with ice. This specific franchise has poor customer service and on top of that the drive through is extremely slow. I have waited here for close to 20 plus minutes and I still don't have my order. Today is February 25th, 2022. School and Most stores have closed down. However, today Tropical Smoothie Cafe was opened. The twist it that the workers called out except the manager Ryan. He did such a great job running drive through and in house. Fast, Fresh and Efficient! I would come back anytime and bring more customers to support. Thank you so much! I showed up to this location 6 minutes before closing (felt terrible about it) and the 2 staff members were still so friendly and polite and did not make me feel rushed. Although the business is technically open till 9 pm one can assume the kitchen is all cleaned up for them to clock out as soon as possible. Kudos to them for great customer service!! read more

I've been to this location several times and usually very good. Ordered two wraps last night and when I got home I noticed how sloppy these wraps were made. Everything that was supposed to be inside the wrap was falling out and made the wrap very soggy. Lacking consistency. read more
