The ambiance was great too -- the place felt welcoming, clean, and had a chill vibe that made the experience even better. There's a couple of tables to sit down at and at the time we were there, there was no one else there. We were were welcomed to sit down and relax. The owner was friendly and seemed to enjoy talking to the patrons. Shortly after we were there, a family with a dog came in and it appeared they were dog friendly as the dog was welcomed also (in the arms of its owner). There were TVs placed through out along with today's hit music in the background. Parking was easy to find though it is in a strip mall and so that can vary based on the neighborhood businesses. The same employee, multiple times at different hours, has told me: "the boba isn't ready, I just started cooking it, you have to wait," or "I just opened the store," or "I'm about to close." There is NO BOBA. THERE IS NOTHING. How is it possible that a boba shop doesn't have boba? It's also not the busiest location where you could say it runs out very quickly. I don't understand what is wrong with this store. Te Amo has incredible products and in this area it's the only nearby location; however, I've preferred to go to other stores and not waste my time. I love it especially when it's clean and smells wonderfully of baked goods and savory offerings. So, while I should be full keto, the minute I go on keto I get an aversion to meat. I already hate eggs except when my body craves an egg and even then I'll try to ignore it until I give my body the shot of protein it's requesting. Now that I'm on Ozempic (I've been athletic all my life but when I need a boost I just take Ozempic for awhile and the weight comes off fast.) I can barely eat anything anyways. I came across Panera bread after a work meeting and decided to enjoy a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. Sure they offer a lot, except I don't see hot chocolate on the menu. So just the soup and I chose a piece of baguette as a side. I dont like plain potato chips and I only like green Granny's smith apples.....for most times. Now, if I go apple picking I will permit a few red apple versions to enjoy the hard toiling away I did in the orchard. Lol, but a Granny's Smith gets me every time. Anywho, the baguette stayed in a bag on top of my oven until I surrendered it unapologetically to the trash can. Hindsight, I will just skip the side altogether. The broccoli soup is not keto and definitely has a huge list of ingredients you shouldn't be able to pronounce but you can......
