The owner is a lovely woman who knows her customers, including potential ones, and has great empathy. I ordered a neat piece of intimate apparel. Although there are always several salesladies working there at a time, I have never found them very helpful & always have to keep coming out of my dressing room to exchange sizes, or whatever myself. I've also noticed for a few years (& pointed out to the salesladies) that there are inches of dust on top of the wood beam framing in the dressing rooms, which is disturbing. Another issue is that the store is usually pretty busy, however, there is only 1 register for check out. I always have to wait quite a while to pay, which could be avoided if just another register was added. There is plenty of space for another register as that counter area is a good size. I have also mentioned this to the salesladies, but they usually give me an annoyed look back. I do really like this store, but really wish these issues could be rectified...
