At register I noticed the person before me was asked if they were in the system but I was not. Both this time and the previous time I was there. I had to ask the employee if she was going to look me up in the system because I am and prefer email receipts. I would highly suggest re-training employees on customer service. No matter what age or race. People should be treated with respect. I will continue shopping at SMU but stick with Annapolis and Bethesda stores.

This seems to take forever, when they only have one person working the register. The guy in front of me had 3 pairs of shoes, and the cashier went in the back, and was still in the back when I left the store. There was another person waiting because they couldn't locate the other shoe for the pair she wanted to purchase.
