While the sign outside says Urgent Care, they will bill you as a hospital - which generally has a higher copay. We went there for X-rays because my insurance says that there is a certain copay for X-rays at an urgent care. When we get the bill, we find that it was billed as a hospital out patient visit - costing a lot more! This is flat out deceptive! They put huge signs up saying "Urgent Care" when they are not that. I hate it when people decieve me inorder to make money. There is another Urgent Care over on 272 near the CVS. I'd recommend going there instead.

Now that that is out of the way...as personable, friendly, and easy to communicate with as the physicians are, the front end and telephone support staff are unhelpful, unimaginative, uncaring, and very much like to only stay in their box and stick to their script. The silence after asking if a doctor has seen something important that shouldn't be left to just an email into the ether is deafening. The way they don't even try to offer any solutions to issue, or any type of resolution is are bare minimum as it can get. If you are someone who worries about your health and needs a bit of extra assurance, DO NOT GO HERE. If you desire anything above the response you would get from a non Ai computer interface, look elsewhere. If not for the physicians, this rating would be negative stars if possible.

She is thorough and patient...never hurries you through your Appt and is amazing on the portal. She has helped me with every single issue I've brought her way. The same goes for Dr. Telford-Wren. She is both my kids' pediatrician and has been immensely helpful. Now for the incredible office staff. Let me tell you...these ladies are so sweet, so funny and so helpful. The amount of times I've laughed with them after an appointment is worth a couple stars by itself. They always help me out when I call and have really put in overtime on some of my family's referrals and appointments. I think it's unfair that they have one single review, and that it's so terrible. I wanted to take a moment and say something nice about this, even though the more people that go, the less chance I have to get the quick appointments :)

The head doctor, DR. wren will not treat or allow his doctor's to treat any pain problem's, and they will not give you any advice on the matter. All in all doctor wren is a very bad doctor in my eye's and my faimly's, cause they also treated with him to and had very bad out come's. he has a god complex and his treatment's are out dated and could be deadly if you would treat with him. I suggest you find another medical group and not use these doctor's because of him. It is a shame because there are good doctor's there but he will step on their feet and over rule their treatment plan's whenever he feel's like it.
