This is not the company that we started with when we purchased our current house. This company is less expensive, completely reliable and customer friendly. By customer friendly I mean that they answer their phones, your questions and don't constantly threaten to add charges to your bill. They send text messages to let you know about service changes due to holidays or weather. They are willing to make up for your mistakes with action on their part, again with no threats of additional charges. They are sympathetic to their clients needs and will do all they can to meets those needs - without threatening to charge extra (getting the picture here?) and have backtracked more than once when we missed putting out the cans. They also do recycling pick up weekly instead of every other week like the last company. And they have regular lawn debris pickup. The previous company said they did lawn pick up within 2 weeks of debris being put out but ours and neighbors would sit for a month before pick up and they were very unconcerned about complaints regarding this problem and issued vague timetables regarding debris pick up and THEN...threatened to add additonal charges to our bill. Very happy with Twin Bridges, Promotional price was incredible ($25 a month) and the post promotional price was still less than I was paying before plus I am getting weekly recyling pick up instead of every two weeks. And they haven't once mentioned adding charges to our bill. Doing the job, doing it right for less $ and answering their phones. What more could I possibly expect?

I've done this a few times with a few different companies, and I was really happy with my experience with ProTek. Easy to schedule the pick ups on the phone, and the two guys that did the pickups (same guys both times) were really nice. I used to donate the work stations to charity, but this has become harder and harder to do. Most of my usual charity companies have a 50 + workstation minimum, which is too high for my current needs. Also, a lot of these companies are slammed in August/September because they are dealing with start of school donations, so I was lucky to find Proteck because everyone else said they were booked until October. I would definitely recommend them if you have a few computer's you're looking to get rid of.

I did call before hand to make sure they took what I was dropping off (humidifier and crock pot) and they were very helpful on the phone. Getting there is sort of tricky, you have to turn into a small lot, look for the JGS - sign and follow it around back. There will be an open garage door (if they are open) there isn't any additional signage but if you go into the garage you can see the offices in the back!

Not a man of his word... he told me to call him when I was ready to pick up the load, however, he pulled the dumpster I rented for $400, two days prior to the week's rental timeline and didn't even give me the courtesy to let me know. When I called him to tell him that I was surprised that the dumpster was removed early and for clarification on what happened, he didn't even remotely apologize He also lied and said he picked it up on Thursday and said he gave me some "additional days". Thanks to cameras on my home.. he can be held accountable. He had an appalling attitude upon delivering the dumpster as well. I will not be using Affordable Dumpsters services again and I highly suggest you don't as well. Spread the word. I certainly know I will. He is one deep and that alone is telling. He does this job by himself at the age of 65 or so and crying that he doesn't have help. I can see why. I am surprised this didn't draw a red flag earlier for me. But you know now.. you have been warned. He behaves very entitled, privileged and narcissistic. Now learning that there's a weekly sprout truck down the street at the local church every week means it's even easier for my wife to get fresh stuff for the week while watching our little one at home. I missed our first pick up because I ran home to help my wife with our newborn and didn't realize until later that night I forgot to grab them. I got a call the next day saying they had my order in the fridge waiting for me. If people haven't heard about Capital Roots and the Grow Center, they are missing out.
