It took them a week to "fix it" the day they told me to pick it up was the day they were sending me pictures to see if it was good. It was not, not even close to what was in my picture. It was a simple bow nothing complexed. When I said it wasn't. Teresa the manager got all defensive and told me to come pick it up. This was all through text messages. Which I still have. I told her I might not have time to get it fixed. I called her because message can be miss understood through text. When I called she had an attitude. I told her I was calling to try to work things out. She still had attitude and Told me to get my seamstress to fix it. When I told her there might not be enough time to fix it she said that's on you and oh well. I asked to speak to her manager, who was Steve. He told me I was lying. When I picked up my dress. Teresa was flipping me off as I walked out the door. I was going to have them do my husband clothes. I don't recommend because if they ruin it, they don't care. It's to bad because they were recommended from a coworker.

I took a new white linen suit to get it dry-cleaned here. It was worn twice with hardly any stains…read moreor blemishes on it. I wanted to dry-cleaned it to store away for the time being. I go to pick up the suit and right off the bat, I can tell it wasn't 'white' anymore but a 'yellowish' looking color. Upon closer inspection, there were blotches of yellow/brown stains all over the entire jacket and trousers. I can't believe that they would try and pass this off as acceptable and just assume that the customer was dumb enough not to see it! I rejected it and asked them to redo the process again. I picked it up a few days later and the blotches are still there and the suit has lost its bright white color. I can't even find a replacement white linen suit anymore. I should have done a little more research before I settled for this place. Never again!

We decided to give this place a try, despite the fact that they had no reviews (something I rarely ever do). We've been going here for about 2 months, and could not be more happy with the service. We use them both for laundry and dry cleaning. The owner is warm and lovely, welcoming us to the area, and making sure to take very good care of us and our garments. The only thing that could be better would be if they stayed open until 7PM. It is sometimes a challenge to get there before they close at 6, but it is a small sacrifice for such good service and attention to detail.
