Because I needed it for Tuesday, I asked for the dress and a refund (my husband had prepaid when he was there on Friday and picked up other clothing that we had brought to be cleaned). She told me that she couldn't give me my dress because it wasn't in the store; it was sent somewhere else to be repaired. This location did not have my dress ready when they said they would on two occasions. I had to return to pick up the same dress three times and I would not recommend Tower Cleaners because of this. Fortunately I had other clothing to wear but had this been a major event (ie. a bridesmaid's gown for a wedding) I would have been in a lot of trouble.

I go to pick up the suit and right off the bat, I can tell it wasn't 'white' anymore but a 'yellowish' looking color. Upon closer inspection, there were blotches of yellow/brown stains all over the entire jacket and trousers. I can't believe that they would try and pass this off as acceptable and just assume that the customer was dumb enough not to see it! I rejected it and asked them to redo the process again. I picked it up a few days later and the blotches are still there and the suit has lost its bright white color. I can't even find a replacement white linen suit anymore. I should have done a little more research before I settled for this place. Never again!

It was in good shape with no tears. I was concerned by the dirty entry way but decided not to let that put me off. I discussed it with a male employee who said they could clean it. When I picked it up I took it home and put it on my bed. I noticed one of the panels was puckered up and would not lay flat. When I was trying to spread it out I then noticed two large tears in the seams with the fabric frayed. I took it back and they told me that is was weak sewing in the seams. They called another family member because their English was limited. She said she would meet me the day after to look at it and discuss it with me. They had fixed it but the seams were stilled frayed and coming loose in one spot. They said it was damaged before they cleaned it and the issue was the poor construction of the set. I told them that I had the pillow cases cleaned with no problem in my own washer and no seams came apart. This set cost me $250 dollars and had never needed to be cleaned. It cost me $150 to replace the bedspread. They refused to reimburse me for the $40 cleaning. Making my adventure with them to cost me $290. They would take no responsibility for what the cleaning did. It was all my bedspreads poor construction and not the fact that their cleaning caused the interior matting to twist and shrink which caused the seams to rip and shred the fabric. I was a first time customer and there are enough other dry cleaners in the area to pick from. They need to improve their customer service. To say they are not responsible for inherent weaknesses in a materials puts all our items at risk. I relie on the professionals to know if they can safely clean something. Take your items elsewhere. There was a reason they have one star.
