Called the guy that came to our property a few days later, said he'll finish up our quote in a few days. Another week passed and we called again, he was ghosting us. Called the office, told them we haven't heard from your rep. They informed me they would contact him right away so he could get in touch with us. Never heard anything back. Plus they tuckpointed a number of eroded joints and then applied brick and block sealant as a final step. Great communication from Toni and Josh. Toni was very hands with his crew doing my project. Really appreciated how quickly were fit in to their schedule. Also, really appreciated the quality of work done and the that the price was very reasonable. He and his wife were easy to communicate with and very friendly. This was the first work they would do in my city so they had to apply for a constructor's license. They completed the project in 3 days - Day 1: remove old concrete, lay dirt, gravel and rebar; Day 2: had to wait for inspector to approve; Day 3: lay cement.
