In almost every case, the contractors refused the job, saying it was "too small." One of them actually demanded (yes, he demanded!) that he be allowed to knock down a wall between the kitchen and dining room! Just to make the job :big enough" for him to consider. Then we found Sal Corna. (Thank goodness!) Sal and his crew -- diligently led by Andres -- were thorough professionals. The were no surprises, no hidden extra costs, and the price was competitive and very, very fair. The job was done in about ten days (only five of which we were unable to use the kitchen). We're really glad we found Sal, and we hope to use Corna's services again soon.

Our timeline got accelerated when the bottom of the line toilet leaked and we discovered the floor was not waterproof so the under flooring plywood needed to be replaced before a new toilet could be installed. Flavio was a godsend! He came within an hour to give an estimate. Within a day & a half he was finished installing a new waterproof tile floor and was able to paint the walls making it look a million times better. His prices were extremely reasonable. I will definitely be using him again for any remodeling or painting. Do yourself a favor and call him.

He also replaced a kitchen faucet quickly and efficiently, and is going to help me out with a couple other things around the house in the coming weeks. Flavio and his team are timely, responsive, personable and reasonably priced. They were very COVID-safe -- they wore N95 masks the entire time and are vaccinated as well.
