As the re-fi progressed through the various stages, he kept me informed of status and gave me the best options for it to be successful. He made things work and explained each step as we progressed through, and understood my unique situation. What kept this from being a 5 star review were the issues with the Title/Escrow company they chose (Fidelity). The paperwork was incorrect when Fidelity came to my house to close. The payoff amounts were not correct. Once we did close, a week had gone by without the payoffs being sent by Fidelity. These were Fidelity's issues, not Peter and TILAs, but it was the company they chose for this part of the process. After being patient for days, as soon as I brought these issues to Peter's attention, his pressure on Fidelity fixed things.
