I was told that contractor would be at my residence at 12:30pm today on 4/18/25 and it is now 3:19pm and still no one is here. I had to call Roof Masters to get confirmation that he was running late from his last project and and did not communicate with each other on reasons why they are running late. I had to take 1/2 day off work waiting on them to arrive. After talking to them they told me the same lie as the did last time that the contractor was on his way and said it would be another hour before he even arrives. I don't have all day waiting on someone to arrive at my residence. I then told them to just cancel the order and give me back my deposit and they refused to refund me. Do not recommend this company as they are never on time to do their job.

We got a new roof by Schaefer in 2021 because of leaks and we have had 3 leaks so far since our new roof. We just now discovered our 3rd. We're going to get a 3rd party inspection done and then possibly explore legal options. They were the highest bid, but we went with them because we thought they would do a good job (from past experience).

It wasn't exactly easy and it took 2 days but the team systematically cut down the 110ft tree to a stump without a single issue. No damage to anything. They then trimmed the other 2 large maple trees and because of carpenter ants, treated the ground area for those trees. Zach and team cut up and stacked the wood so I can distribute it to friends of mine. He hauled away the large pieces of wood. Yard clean up was immaculate. Everyone was polite.
