They are the worst of both worlds, very dry and dusty in the summer, with dust over all my things and very wet and almost swampy in the spring, the place right now is a mud pit and there is about a foot of water around most of the units making it impossible to get to your unit. In the winter for whatever reason they leave the gate open and don't remove the snow from the units. Only a matter of time before everyone's unit starts getting wet. No video that i can tell, people drive in and out of here like maniacs. Dirty, not paved, this is actual built either in or just next to the flood plane, has flooded many times, concrete always seems wet. Can't store cloths in the unit they will smell to high hell.

This company offered the first 3 months at 50% off. I had scheduled to move in with 4 days left in…read morethe month. I got busy and didn't sign the lease OR move in. The rental agreement was counting those 4 days as a whole month. When I called to say that was not what was advertised, they said they would make "an exception " and honor the 3 months if I paid full price for the 4 days. I said they were showing me that they were dishonset by that comment and I would not be signing their rental agreement. Now they have sent me a move out notice but say I owe another month of rent. Again, no lease signed and I didn't move in. Run from this bunch and rent from someone with an honest person on site.

This prompted my review today. I have experienced every type of fraud, corruption and greed from All Purpose Storage. I went from renting a storage unit with a local small business, fair pricing, good support etc. to an overnight change after buyout. Change is understandable but not this type of change! Local Storage Owners realize that tenants are still customers. Rules are in place and tenants must follow the rules. All is transparent. My experience with All Purpose Storage feels nothing like a consumer experience and more like an extortion racket. No transparency exists. Problems: Security, misuse of credit card information, opt-out insurance scam, grey area mindset (push the legal limits), price gouging, Astroturfing and gaslighting (charitable giving and local or community care). Extreme caution is necessary if you use this company. This means be forewarned that they care only about maximizing profit and will do everything "grifters" and unethical businesses do to make a buck. IF YOU UNDERSTAND THIS....and no other Storage facility exists....then use them at your own risk! Mitigation is possible but it is exhausting! The "Opt-Out" Insurance scam uses a loose but flawed theory of legality that must be challenged at the State Insurance Board level. The structure they use is illegal in many States as All Purpose Storage is not a licensed broker. These guys are affiliated with and partner with a Las Vegas venture capital firm, Patriot Holdings. Call your State Insurance Commission or Board of Licensing. Report to your State Attorney Generals Office These guys ooze American Greed and slime. American greed and slime is far worse than other countries as we are supposed to believe it doesn't happen here. This is America. Well just look around, it happens here and has been for a long time. We are starting to wake up and feel the pain. If you enjoy this special American type of business and aspire to join the club, then these guys should be on your must talk to list! Look them up. Consumers have a Choice. Do business with a Venture Capital (VC) greed and slime business or a real locally owned small business.

We rented a 20×30, we needed it because we had 10 foot high gallery walls and it was the only unit near us that was big and tall enough for us. I had been researching for about two weeks when I went to pull the trigger the price had gone up 80$ a month. Mandatory insurance through them adds another $8-$15 @ month and it doesn't cover any of your stuff just them. Most of the Units are the smaller type a lot of unused 5x10 which i guess are for motorcycles ..? Really dangerous getting onto 202 with the blind corner from jaffrey especially if you are pulling a trailer.. better off taking the loop out. Worth checking your door immediately, we had and still have difficulty 9peking and closing.
