They didn't tell me that I had no rights when I paid the down payment and paid the final bill. These people have no compassion at all. I lost my daughter at the age of 36 unexpectedly from a massive stroke. She left two young children. And these people tell me I have no right to see her headstone because my name wasn't on the contract? Her husband won't help because I wouldn't give him money that was donated by my friends and family that I later put into a trust for his children. To him my daughter was a possession to fight over. All I wanted was some pictures of her headstone and all Caldwell would tell me is "His name is on the contract and that's just the way it is." I hope none of my relatives use this place.
