He didn't understand my being upset/offended by his question and got really defensive when I explained it didn't matter who paid for it and we were hit by an uninsured driver who agreed to pay us. He got pissed off at at me! This place is completely 100% dead pan unapologetic about there lack of work, lack of ethic, lack of customer service. ****UPDATE: 08/27/23 Few weeks later. Our son sits in the back seat. CAN'T PUT THE WINDOW DOWN! Doesn't work. Because they not only didn't connect it the just stuck it back in! This place owes us money back!!! We were hit by an uninsured driver. An older lady who accidentally let her Insurance laps. They said it would take 7 to 10 days to fix the car. Took 4 days. RED FLAG! This shop is so used to ripping of insurance companies when you come in they provide and estimate and DO NOT DO THE WORK YOU PAID CASH FOR! An uninsured motorist hit my husband.She agreed to pay us. Estimate was with cost of removing the bumper and headlights front and back paint fade to match doors. JOKE! THEY NEVER PAINTED PAST THE DOORS. HUGE MISSED AREA. HUGE! Front or back never used paint or clear coat but charged us for it. Found the small scratches on the car front and back before we took it in. Small but we know they were there and a paint chip. Right by the door. Its still there! Had they painted and buffed and clear coated it wouldn't be there. Took it back they took off a major area they missed but up front same scratches that had where they"Faded the paint and buffed would not still be there. Scratches that were not caused by the accident but we knew were there. THEY ARE STILL THERE ON THE FRONT PANEL BY THE DOOR! THEY NEVER removed the bumper or headlight in the front. Same in the back. They charged for it. They charged HUNDREDS to remove bumpers and lights never touched. Paint and time never used. Estimated buffing the Wheel the older lady hit. Didn't do that either. Trim they took off coming off the car. This fix should have cost half. Didn't paint or buff past the doors. Charged! Didn't remove lights or bumpers. Charged ! Didn't Buff Wheel. Charged Trim coming off. Stop ripping people off.

I called and they said I had to call the tow yard. It was MD Body Corp. I called Mike and he said the car wasn't wrecked and in decent condition. It was going to cost $260 for the tow/impound plus an additional $25/per day for storage. Are you kidding me? You wait 108 days to tell me that this car was there and that if I want to "repossess" it, I have to pay more than what I got when it was sold. Shady

The vehicle was a pearl white color, hard to match. They fixed the dent and matched the paint so that you couldn't tell anything had ever happened. Recently I was in an accident with an uninsured driver. I had just gotten another vehicle three weeks before. I had to file the claim with my insurer. What a time to find out how terrible their claims department was, which will be another review about them when the claim is done. The adjustor was so rude, as if I had caused the accident. I had received a concussion and was so distraught over the treatment I received. Leah at Waikem was such a help. She kept me updated along the way and helped get the claim going to get my vehicle fixed. We just can't say enough about her. The car looks spectacular and runs as good as new. We will definitely use them again.
