Thankfully, the customer service and quality work they provided us was just as good as their reviews -- and, in our opinion, even better! They listened to our ideas, studied our simple sketch, walked the yard, offered suggestions, measured carefully -- twice -- and gave a detailed estimate. We made a few minor revisions before giving them the go-ahead. They were patient and attentive to the details, transferring thoughts to paper with prices up front. When the time came to begin work, the crew (Uriel and brother, Rolando, along with father, Vincent, and friend of the family, Gerardo), showed up on time and prepared to work -- hard. When met with unexpected events, the crew stayed calm and dedicated to the tasks at hand. When a large and aged, rotting tree collapsed as thick vines were cut away, they brought in a chainsaw and got to work clearing the back quarter of our yard and fence line. The guys built the gates to match the rustic style of the split rail fence and cleaned up nicely.
