Looked around for tint shops in the area and came across Tru-Tints. They use Xpel products which is what I was looking for. Got an initial tinting quote from Kyler in Yelp project for the Prime XR ceramic tint films. Some time later, I called Tru-Tints to ask more questions about Prime XR vs XR Plus and get pricing on XR Plus. On the day that I called in, they offered to install the tint the same day in the afternoon. Their pricing was reasonable and went ahead with scheduling install later in the day. They showed me both tint film options and darkness options. Bonus that they had another vehicle that shows the same vehicle and tint darkness which made it easier to decide what to go with. I went with Prime XR Plus for maximum heat rejection. The waiting room was nice with plenty of seating, TV, drinks and snacks. Once the vehicle was done getting tinted, they had me check it out and if it was to my satisfaction which it definitely was! The installation went well, wasn't rushed, and vehicle was prepped so liquids wasn't getting all over the place. I got the xpel xr on all side windows and rear! Amazing job. Such a difference in not only privacy of course but heat rejection too. Kyler got me in quickly and even had my car done in just a little over an hour so I didn't have to wait long. The waiting room was also a nice touch as there is a TV for Netflix, mini fridge w/ drinks and snacks! Very relaxing and comfortable! 1st time with Tru-Tints (had many other cars tinted in the past). Got XR ceramic for my SUV, couldn't be more pleased. As you already know, ceramic (of any brand) is going to significantly reduce interior heat. I personally didn't want to go really dark with the front windows (and the SUV came with factory dark in the rears already, like most of them there days) so my percentage selections probably won't be yours. But the most important things about Tru-Tints - Good attention to detail, and insisting the install is done right, not as fast as possible. Fair pricing and good value for money spent. No nonsense, no upsell pitch, no silliness. I highly recommend them. I still haven't decided whether to go PPF or not...but if I do pull the trigger, it will be with these guys. read more

3rd time with Kyler , did return to do the front wind shield for a ceramic tint and found out that Dylan or Dillan can also do clear bra for your front hood as well . As I had noticed small rock chips on the hood of the car . I had dropped earlier at the Honda dealer shop and they said only the tint shops will apply the vinyl clear strip to your hood to protect against the rock chips as I attempt to protect the color as long as I can . Kyler bless his kind heart squeezed me into shop when I call in today as I had some free time and asked if he can help me . This is a very long overdue review. Kyler was super responsive when I first reached out and answered all my questions. Despite his busy schedule, he was able to schedule an appointment within a couple days which was amazing as I wanted to get the car ready for the summer heat. When I arrived, he walked me through all the different types of tint and percentages. I initially knew what I wanted but with his expertise, he was able to recommended an even better alternative based on my needs. As I still had work to do while the car was being tinted, he offered to drive me over to the nearest coffee shop and even picked me up after the car was done! They did forget to reinstall the auxiliary brake light in the rear window, which we didn't realize until we got home. I called Kyler to schedule a time to return and have the light installed.
