My back window tint was so cloudy it looked like I was driving through a permanent fog bank; especially brutal at night when every headlight became a disco ball. He patiently walked me through different tint options, showed me the actual films, let me check out customer cars, and even let me sit in his personal vehicles to see what different tints look like from the inside. I went all-in: 70% on the front windshield, 35% on the sides, 20% on the rear, plus I wrapped my stinger in black metallic that perfectly matches my other Carbon Flash pieces. Chef's kiss. Scheduling was a breeze. I got an appointment the same week. Since I live nearby and was leaving town for the weekend anyway, I dropped the car off and they gave me a ride home. RUN AWAY! pocketing job $ and no show. WOW! I had a scheduled appointment with them on March 31, 2025, at 9 AM. I arrived to find that the store was empty. No one showed. At both 9:15 and 10AM, I contacted by voicemail, text, and email. That's 6X! No answer. Three days later and still no contact and not answering. When I walked in to schedule, they repeatedly asked for cash payment saying it gave an $85 discount on the $1000 job. Didn't ask for deposit either. I speculate they are not telling Tint World they pocket job $ and running away with that cash. Called another location and gave electronic deposit payment same day. Seemed legit. Once they got it a schedule was set unfortunately on the day work was to begin they didn't show. Received a quote for font PPF from Josh over the phone and brought my car in. Unfortunately Josh was not there and I met with his colleague whose name escapes me. From the beginning he was trying to add $500 to the bid. I had to remind him what the quote was that I got from Josh. He told me that only partial hood was included. No fenders and no full hood.
