Listening is a highly under utilized skillset when it comes to technicians, but when our technician arrived he listened to us and asked pertinent questions without making us feel stupid. He diagnosed the problem, made the necessary adjustments and even cleaned a hatch that was not on the work order. We were very pleased with the cost effectiveness, responsiveness, honesty, and quality of service provided. They put a new seal on the driver door of the Rv but didn't put a new seal on the passenger side that is hanging off still. Didn't reseal the big window above the cab that clearly needed resealed as we had a leak. They did spot seal the roof and put the new slide seal on so that's a plus I guess? Won't be back.

Seriously, the gap between Evansville and Mt Vernon is desolate. I kept driving until I made it to Mt Vernon, and called AAA who recommended these guys. I assumed it was my alternator, and after they checked the alternator was in fact the issue. I was worried that this temporary hang up was going to mess up my vacation plans, but they made sure it did not. Got the new alternator and replaced it all on a late Friday afternoon and I was back on the road. Was it cheap? I don't know. I hadn't had an alternator put in a vehicle in a long time.
