They have amazing and clean rest rooms and showers and free laundry and soup. Free popcorn and cookies and coffee. They really take care of you. Mike; he was my inspector, he checked my truck front front to back and top to bottom and made sure things were good and let me know what needed to be done. Thanks Mike for everything. Aaron; Did the work on my truck and everything was good, he took his time and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you Aaron. They then told me they weren't responsible because I didn't buy the camera from them, it somehow voided their warranty... It wasn't a warranty issue it was an installer issue... They used one wrong fuse and forgot the other fuse.... It literally killed my controls. The Dealership said we found the problem, who ever installed your camera didn't know what they were doing.... This place is freaking horrible..... What ever you do don't go here......

Bought our new Camry from Monken. Salesmen was awesome…read more Everything went downhill from there. The final straw was bringing the car in for service with a nail in 1 tire. The guy lied and said all the tires were almost completely worn and we should replace them all (we had driven 15,000 miles). We declined. Replaced 2 tires. Since then all 4 tires have gone flat repeatedly. Yesterday I found out they improperly sealed all my tires. All 4 tires were done incorrectly. Will never bring my car to Monken again. Will never recommend them. They just want money and to rip you off. Completely disgusted that they ruined all my tires.
