They took great care of our belongings and protected the integrity of our home while moving items in and out. They worked very well together and put everything where it needed to go- often times remembering where it was previously without having to ask any questions. We moved into a house with lots of stairs and they never complained once- they had an attitude of service and positivity the whole time. Each one asked how the service was going and if we were happy with the work they were doing, made sure nothing was left behind and expressed great concern for customer satisfaction. We were extremely satisfied!!! These guys are great and we highly recommend them. The rates are very reasonable and it was very easy to set up a reservation. They also damaged a $5000 painting which they hid in the back of the storage unit so I wouldn't see it and I found it today shoved in the back of my storage unit with no covering protection around it today. The art is detached from the frame. I attached a photo here. If you care about your belongings getting to your destination DAMAGE FREE. I suggest hiring a different company. The boys and Phillip are hard working, kind, polite, honest, and communicative; however, they do NOT know how to move big homes! A lot of our furniture now has scratches and dents, and that is not even the most upsetting part. This beautiful newly renovated home we just bought now has scratches on the hardwood floors and dents on the walls. We stretched to buy this home and now it has bumps and bruises before we even started living in it :( The boys were careful, but they do not know how to load a trailer - never stack 10 boxes high with no ratchet to secure it all together. And make sure the laundry machines are properly padded and covered. We bought our laundry machine (you know those aren't cheap) less than a year ago and now there are DEEP scratches on it and the lid won't even close all the way. So many of our belongings fell on top of each other in the 2.5 mile drive to our new home. Moreover, they did not start until 10am and did not end until 9pm, and that's only because my injured husband (ankle injury in which he has been advised to not exercise, hence hiring movers) had to help for hours AND they still ended up leaving a lot of heavy things in the garage because it was getting so late and everyone was so tired. Phillip completely under-estimated the number of movers needed and how long it would take. My husband had already asked Phillip to finish the next day because his boys were already 8 hours deep and tired, and their unfit, completely inexperienced buddy had already left, but I'm sure they just did not want to pay for another day to rent a U-Haul. If you need a one-bedroom apartment moved - hire them. If you need simple unloading (no fancy appliances) - hire them. If you need someone strong - hire them. If you need someone knowledge on how to move a 3,000 sq ft home - do NOT hire them.

It was literally around the corner an easy job that took no longer than probably 30 minutes or 40 minutes total to do. It was a two person job and they did what I thought was a wonderful job getting my stuff inside. A little bit down the line I had a buddy of mine contact me to get movers because he told me he needed some for himself as well, and I gave him them as a reference, and I was told that they were able to move him and also mounted a television. When he left my apartment, he gave me a business card so I assumed that he would be good business. Well, I come to find out now four years later he was not. I am moving out of state and I have been looking for movers and I had his number in my phone still I contacted him asking him on April 29 if he could move me from my townhome into my storage unit he agreed to do so and then I was hit with a new time to move (((Keep in mind I was left in the dust with no communication at all. ))) Which was a few days later due to weather inclement I assume from where he was coming from it was still storming really bad in Atlanta, Georgia where I live Dunwoody to be exact. It was not so I assumed that he was probably stuck in a storm and could not get out he told me Sunday would be best so we agree to that. Now here we are and nothing at all on Sunday at approximately 9:30 PM I called him multiple times until I saw that my phone number was blocked and going straight to voicemail I also was told that in order to receive the service that I needed which was two men for three hours. The total would be $375 with a total of $125 as a deposit. This also included them bringing a truck which I needed desperately. This is not only through my entire move back, but I'm thankful to have other options and Backup plans. I just want people to know that this person is a scam artist and a shark. And according to other people, it looks like the exact same thing has happened, taking peoples money, lack of communication, or just doing a horrible job moving peoples things. I really wish I could've came on here to give a positive review, but unfortunately, I cannot win.
