I am a licensed Architect in NJ and NY, and a repeat client/customer of TruCLEAN Wash. This mid-Sept. day, Paul Russo and his TruClean crew came to our house and, as per his detailed itemized cost quote, performed their work. This started with cleaning all roof gutters and ensuring that all leaders and downspouts were not clogged by thoroughly flushing them. They then applied their chemical agent via spray method to kill any and all mold, mildew, algae and moss that was present on the cedar shingles. After a short period of time they used a wide spray power washing to rinse and flush all of the dead remains of that organic growth, as well as any tree sap from the roof. They also performed spot cleaning of selected areas of our stucco facades, masonry chimney and flagstone terrace where stubborn dirt had collected on the surface. They completed their work to my complete satisfaction in one day and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, once again, I can and do highly recommend TruCLEAN Wash for this type of roof cleaning, for cedar shingles, as well as slate and/or terra cotta roof tiles that become stained from mildew, mold, moss, sap and other tree droppings, as well as general air pollution. Tru-Clean performed as advertised. From communicating that their proposal would include commercial insurance binder to changes in scheduling the service was solid. The cleaning of gutters was executed and leaves were bagged and surrounding ground was blow free of leaves as well. I recommend them and will use again. read more

I reached to this company to give me a quote to give me a quote for gutter cleaning and the quote arrived very promptly. The email was professional and informative. It took me a while to actually get back to them (the snow season had to end to get access to the gutters) and confirm an appointment. They came and were really professional and nice. I really only like to do business with nice people. An added bonus was that they use their own water (my outdoor water spigots are shut off for the winter to prevent freezing) AND take gutter refuse with them. As an added bonus, they tried to clean a whitening of the bricks of my home where the color is leeching out of the old brick. Unfortunately, it didn't work, but they tried. The work was all done in about 20 minutes. It was excellent. They are already looking to schedule a regular cleaning schedule for next year so that's good. I highly recommend. read more

Recently had my roof and gutters cleaned by truclean.. First of all, the customer service was great! I received and answer right away. The kind woman over the phone gave me plenty of insight on the process of services I wanted to receive! They came to check my house and created an estimate for me quickly! The price was very reasonable and I booked with them right away. They called to confirm with me when the time came closer to the service date. We discovered TruClean via an Angie's List search for "power washing" of our home. After requesting a quote, we heard back from Gregg (the owner) VERY quickly. He gave us a price that was better than others that were recommended, which included the Angie's List discount (that he automatically tacked on for us - we didn't have to ask). We had our house done - not the roof, not the gutters, not the windows - just the house itself. It was well worth the fee. We had some mildew on the side of our home from a lame attempt on our part to wash off the side of the house with a rented power washer from Home Depot. Since we didn't really know anything about proper washing (adding vinegar or some sort of cleaning solution in the wash bucket) we only made the issue worse. Gregg's crew saved the day! We were told that they would be at our home around 8:30am, and arrived on time. They were finished by 10am or so, and asked my husband to take a look at the work they'd done to ensure we were satisfied. This was a Tuesday. My husband and I happened to take the day off, but if we weren't there, Gregg offered us several options for payment. Excellent softwashing service for our house and pavers! All the guys are friendly and professional.
