Decided to given them another chance like any other costumer who supports the local business right? Guy came in at my house name is Blair, it was nice first, but I felt while he was talking in person with me that something wasn't right, he did show me the prices and plans, I picked one and 10 minutes later he was very rude over the phone saying and screaming at some point of the conversation saying pretty much that I was a Bad Costumer and saying that the Company has a Policy for this type of people..... Wow..... WTF????? Yes, that's what you reading. I'd ask him to send me this policy for me to look at it and he told that he will see what he could do to send it to me..... Completely BS.
