The service tech was reckless and did not care about my property. Subsequently, the pavers have lost their original color from the abrasive and harsh chemicals used to remove the excess concrete that the tech used in drilling and filling holes.

They said let me see what I can do and I'll get back to you by end of day. Two days later, after no call back, I called them and they informed me they thought they texted me but it looks like it didn't go thru. They would not be able to do anything for me and the cancelation policy was in the fine print of there contract I signed. I offered to pay an additional month along with recommending them to the new home owner for ongoing service. They said they could pull back the cancelation and I could pay out the remaining 5 months= $270. I said no thank you. BTW the new home owner ask for our recommendation I told them who not to go with. We have also had ongoing issue with spiders outside making a mess of the house not sure their quarterly service plan is enough to control the FL spiders.

During my recent treatment, Michael was on his hands and knees looking for a problem I had called about. He found the little ba---rds and treated my lawn accordingly. From the Office Supervisor (Chris), who was also on hands and knees assessing a past problem (he gave me info to kill torpedo grass that actually worked), to my Tech Michael, they deserve 10 stars!! Kudos to Fairway Lawns in having the sense to employ both, as they are great assets to the company and to their customers.

I expected them to come back on 5/1, but they didn't, so I called them a week later on 5/8. On 5/11, they came for the 2nd service. I expected them to come back on 6/11, but they didn't. A week later on 6/18, they had charged me even thought they had not come out, so I called them. They came on 6/23 for the 3rd service. On 6/25, got a text from the tech, Alex, telling me he was no longer with Fairway. He was encouraging me to transfer with him to Turf Wisdom so he could continue to service my lawn (which did not happen). I expected Fairway to come back on 7/23, but they didn't, so a week later I called them on 7/30. They did however still charge me on 7/16. On 7/31, got text saying they would come the next day, but they did not. There was NO SERVICE in July even though they had charged me on July 16th. They came on 8/3 for the 4th service. Later that day, I got a text from tech, Brandon, with a link to give him a 5-star review because he would receive $25. On 8/18, I got an email saying they were going to be charging me my monthly fee, so I had to call AGAIN. I left a message that I better not get charged since I had paid for July, but they did not come out. I was not charged. I expected them to come back on 9/3, but they didn't and still haven't. I guess I need to call tomorrow to cancel service. Save yourself the hassle.
