Great customer service and service tech. 100% satisfied with Fairway Lawns. My Tech Michael Reagan is great. He has been working with me for over a year now and is responsible for my new lawn. I installed new lawn in April 24' as cable co. totally destroyed my lawn. During my recent treatment, Michael was on his hands and knees looking for a problem I had called about. He found the little ba---rds and treated my lawn accordingly. From the Office Supervisor (Chris), who was also on hands and knees assessing a past problem (he gave me info to kill torpedo grass that actually worked), to my Tech Michael, they deserve 10 stars!! Fairway lawns has been doing our lawn for a few years now. They have charged full price for service even when they were only doing half the lawn. I have met with the Manager and he asked for a second chance to get our lawn right. Other than where we put in new sod, the rest of my lawn has as much weeds as grass. An update - the problems with Fairway Lawn continue. Yesterday, May 2 2024, I received another invoice from Fairway. I canceled the contract in October 2022 for non-performance, and was told by a manager I wouldn't be charged. Six months later, they took me to collection (unsuccessfully). Now almost two years later, they are still trying to bill me for a service that was never performed. Stay away from Fairway. They did not honor their guarantee of satisfaction with the work, and two years after I canceled they are still trying to bill me. read more

Horrible disgraceful service. Lawn is destroyed because of this company. Weeds overgrown into neighbors yard. Chris could have cared less AND STILL CHARGED ME! Not once did he come out (Too busy) to look at property AND STILL CHARGED ME. Issues never resolved. Still. Terrible customer service! Will not return calls even after multiple attempts on my behalf, was told a manager would contact me that never happened, the service started out strong but faded quickly, called about issues and asked to speak with someone to talk about my problem, never any resolution. read more

I have had Fairway Lawns for a year now in Florida. I wish the lawn was greener but we are working on it. I had a huge weed problem in a new house and the weeds are now under control. My Technician is great and we talk all the time. The company billing is great and I always get a report on what was applied each time they come out. If I'm not home I can see on Cameras that he did everything. I'm sure by mid-summer my lawn will be nice and green read more
