I found out about this only after receiving a subpar tattoo that I am now stuck with. The tattoo itself is a complete disaster. The lines are uneven, the colors are all wrong, and it looks nothing like what I had in mind. It's evident that the so-called "artist" lacked the skill and expertise needed to create a quality tattoo. I'm not sure if Nate was the only one with such issues or if it's indicative of the overall lack of talent at this shop. Furthermore, the customer service is appalling. When I reached out to the shop to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund, they coldly informed me that they don't issue refunds as part of their policy. It's absurd that they won't take responsibility for their own artist's incompetence and instead put the burden on the customer. It's clear that this shop prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction and quality work. I strongly advise anyone considering getting a tattoo here to think twice and find a more reputable and skilled establishment. Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment that I had to endure. Overall, I would give this place zero stars if I could. I will never return, and I hope others heed this warning and avoid this place at all costs.
