When we arrived at the visitation and saw our floral bouquet, we were extremely upset. This looked like a $10 bouquet once could get at a grocery store. We were very embarrassed to see these flowers sent under our name. Upon leaving the visitation, I called Norm's and spoke to a woman there and complained. She said she would have the owner call me directly. We never received a call back! I would NEVER recommend using this florist!!!

I subsequently had two phone calls with Billig's. They maintain the flowers were at the church. I said no and that I was unhappy with the outcome. They promised two return calls. I got no return call. At no time did Billlig's say they were sorry about my displeasure. At no time did Billig's offer a solution or compromise. I offered to split the cost: they keep half and return half to me. Billig's said no. A one-star rating is too high. But that's the only option. Bill Keller
