He also pretended to have his father running the business. We found out there is no father running it. Paul will pretend to be him on the phone. He sounds intoxicated at times. He would say "we" are heading there now but only one guy would show up. My husband called him to ask about adding on a service only to get "are you wanting your lawn cut" 3 times in a row fastly without stopping. I'm not sure what that was about but again he sounded either drunk or on something. My husband interrupted his chant and said we no longer needed his service. Paul stayed on the line and my husband had to just hang up on him. There was no question as to why or response at all. As if it fell upon death ears. We blocked him. We used his service 3 times. We received probably 15 text messages on requesting to cut. One wasn't needed due to drought and cut a week prior but was very persistent and we caved. Quality was good Value was ok Business etiquette poor

Since I'm out of town, he absolutely could have talked me into more service calls. Instead, I felt that he advised me as he would a friend.
