In addition, we had an extremely tall overgrown tree where limbs were extending too close over our roof and electrical service lines. Rob was our point person. Came out and gave us a quote promptly. Workers arrived straightaway and dutifully cut down the shrubs and tree limbs in record time. They had to work on our neighbor's side, and conversed with him accordingly. Even the owner of American Tree came out to ensure proper handling of our job. We were so IMPRESSED! At completion, all debris was cleaned up and cleared. Austin responded promptly to our request on Yelp and provided us with an excellent quote for his services. He provided us with many photos for FEMA of the damage done and stayed in constant communication with my wife about this project. I wish all businesses were as professional and courteous as Austin and his crew. They did an excellent job at carefully removing the trees and hauled away the debris. Not only that, but they tacked down a large tarp on the roof of the home to protect the roof from further weather damage and trimmed up a nearby palm tree at no cost. My home is a rental property and Dave remembered me from the previous work he did. He really looked after my interests and sent me photos from the initial walk, right through the day of work. Dave came out within about 2 hours of my first phone call on Monday, sent me pics of all everything I needed done. I needed the Pine removed, and my other trees trimmed as the limbs were all growing onto the roof. I received photos along the way, the team is professional, they use professional equipment, and sent me the document I needed for the HOA to take the tree down as an emergency. As they have arborist's on staff the letter is acceptable to the state for the emergency removal requirements. Dave and his crew are really great, really friendly! Office is great as well.

Now I'm thinking, "Yeah, right, he's just appeasing me, he'll never come out on a Saturday to bid on a one tree job, let alone even bother to dispatch a crew to do the job" I've heard that BS too many times before. Well, he DID show up, and quoted me a very reasonable price, AND said the crew would be at my house the following Monday. I called Daves Tree Service for an estimate about having a skinny Maple Tree cut down in my back…read moreyard. Daves wife showed up, gave me a quote, I accepted the price and she said the tree would be cut down on Friday. I took off of work, prepared my property for the tree removal, notified my neighbors to do the same. Friday, came and went, Daves Tree Service Never showed up, after repeated calls and given many excuses, they promised they would be at my house the following Tuesday to cut down the tree. Tuesday is here. I have taken off of work, told my neighbors to prepare, Daves Tree Service again has not shown up to cut down the tree. I called them, she says Dave is delayed at someone elses property because he busted their pipe. Another day I have taken off of work.... Daves Trees Service Never showed up! As of this writing 5pm, Tuesday, 2/22.2022, Daves Tree Service has not shown up, called me, nothing.. Daves Tree Service Screwed me... Please DO NOT HIRE DAVES TREE SERVICE..

I was so thankful, considering that the home is in Florida, but I'm in Texas. Having the peace of mind, that they would go out and remove this tree, so it wouldn't fall on my home, was such a relief!
