Now that that is out of the way, let's move on. Here's the bottom line of my review up front: she helped make my mother's funeral beyond beautiful. I will FOREVER be grateful to Jodi and the whole Broadway Floral team for what they did for my mom and my family. Here's the background and details behind my experience: my wife and I visited her amazing shop in person. Jodi was extremely warm and personable and sat down to help us figure out what we wanted. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in good hands. Then, she proceeded to exceed our hopes and expectations with some amazing arrangements, as well as rustic boxes for the flowers that matched the tone of our event. When we needed a low-key container for mom's ashes and we wanted to use a square flower box... SHE MADE A LID FOR IT! There were many other above-and-beyond personal touches Jodi provided to help make the memorial a success. The arrangement was tiny any nothing like the premium order we had placed and paid for. When we called them they only made excuses and would not make it right. They said the best they could do was take half off which really didn't fix the problem. We do not recommend trusting them with your important flower orders. UPDATE: We spoke to a Central Market supervisor who was very understanding and refunded the cost of the arrangement.
