Nate is just a good guy. Does a great job cutting hair. Good conversation and very accommodating with making future appointments. The vibe of the shop is laid back/chill which is exactly what I was looking for. I wish they did a full treatment with hair wash, etc but I haven't really seen that much around here. This wouldn't have bothered me too much, sometimes it happens that you get a bad stylist. What bothered me is that I reached out about it. I showed pictures of my hair and how bad it looked, and they refused to do anything about it. They wouldn't refund my money. I told them to let the stylist keep the tip portion because it was still time out of her day, but I didn't get what I paid for. So I gave this place money in exchange for a service that I never received. I wouldn't have even left a review if they had made this right, but I'm appalled that they could look at how bad my hair looked and do nothing about it.
