I just recently started getting my upper lip waxed as well, something I NEVER used to do because it is so painful. Of course, there's always some pain in getting waxed, but coming to Ero Edge has been one of the least painful waxing experiences I've had. Ryanne is so detail oriented, always making sure that my brows are the perfect shape and that she gets every last hair on my upper lip. My brows always look amazing when I leave. The studio itself is clean and beautiful, with a check in counter as you enter, a small shopping area to the left as you walk in featuring products from local woman-owned businesses, and a cute seating area with little snacks while you wait. She's so fun to talk to, she will always make you feel special and she will listen to what you want, while also providing her expert knowledge and recommendations. I'm astounded at the variety and difference between all the brows she's done (as opposed to knowing one way to do it), but it's always right for the client. She has done my brows twice now and both experiences resulted in exactly what I wanted. My favorite compliment from people when they hear my brows are microbladed is "really? I can't tell, it just looks like you have a lot of natural hair!" I sent my mom to Kaibree as a Mother's Day gift last May and my mom says "best thing I've ever done". She's blonde and her brows used to looked nonexistent. She would get them tinted but it never lasted long. She wouldn't even shape them because she didn't feel it made a difference. Hayley is a phenomenal esthetician and is so personable, genuine, and easy to talk to during our facials. I leave the spa so relaxed and my face feels amazing after all she does. She always gives me skincare recommendations after our session, and truly cares for her clients. I will be moving out of UT soon, and will miss going to this place. My wife and I came for some hot stone massages, not really knowing what they entailed…read more Turns out, while it was of course relaxing, I think both of us would have preferred a more traditional massage. In the stone massage, they literally only massage you with the rocks. No hands. So it wasn't really as relaxing as we had hoped. However I do not think this is a reflection on the quality of their business at all. Just a personal preference. Both massage therapists were super friendly and professional and the other staff is always so nice as well. Both my wife and I will 100% be back to try out more of their services
