I would NOT recommend this lawyer!! He is very expensive and you would NEVER hear back from him…read moreafter he received his UPFRONT flat rate attorney's fees from you. NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever after that! We hired him to handled a simple CDL Citation (seat belt violation) and he sounded like a professional and knew what he was doing. Later, we had to call the Court to find out the Court date and the Court's ruling on said Citation (NOT DISMISSED) since this so-called lawyer did NOT bother to return calls, nor did he bother to answer emails. We wish we never hired this lawyer. It would still be the same outcome, but considerably less expensive! Total waist of time and money!!
