I realized that she had been listening so closely during the initial conversation that even comments that I thought had nothing to do with the service were picked up on and weaved into the experience. She was extremely patient and unhurried and I could tell that her entire focus was on making sure I received exactly what I needed beyond what I knew I needed myself - That must be the intuitive part and Ashira is definitely gifted there. As much as I kept reminding myself to stay in the moment and completely absorb what was happening, even in the beginning I could feel the pull of thinking about my next appointment.

I was with my son when someone overheard my conversation, and referred me to a local healer. I arrived in physical discomfort, as well as with low energy and not a good mindset. Ashira's office was attractive, warm and comfortable. We talked for a short time and then I'm not sure how to describe what happened next--we did some breathing, body work and she guided me along the way--but, when we were done, I felt like something was different. I was more like myself and at home in my mind and body then I've ever experienced in my life. I went with physical symptoms related to a medical condition i have, but what I ended up receiving was much more. Freedom from the symptoms of a chronic medical condition from which I've had discomfort for years and a sense of peace that I'm still experiencing more than a month later. I even extended our trip an extra day so that we could work more with her. Ashira taught my son some special movements and meditation, and since he began practicing, his school grades and behavior have had noticeable improvement! He's also calmer and more loving since that trip. I plan to make another trip for us to go back to Mind Body Fusion and work with Ashira. We are also making arrangements to go on her retreat. It was all pretty special experience.

Eleni was incredibly gentle, patient, and knowledgeable about working with children, which immediately put both my son and me at ease. The sessions are clearly designed with children in mind--safe, age-appropriate, and focused on wellness. My son feels relaxed, comfortable, and even excited to go. After his sessions, he sleeps better, seems more regulated emotionally, and carries himself with less tension in his body. As a parent, it's reassuring to see a holistic approach that supports not just physical relaxation, but emotional well-being too. Massage therapy has become a beautiful part of his self-care routine, teaching him early on how to listen to his body and understand healthy ways to relax. I truly believe pediatric massage is an underrated tool for helping kids thrive, and I'm so grateful we found this. I would highly recommend it to any parent looking to support their child's well-being in a nurturing and professional environment.

As soon as she switched to my left she called out the difference in tightness. Like within a few seconds. There were a couple examples like that. Eleni likes to chat. I wasn't bothered and enjoyed most of the convo, but I could see a lot of people wanting a quiet, relaxing experience and you may not get that.

I felt incredibly calm after the treatment and have noted that my anxiety levels are significantly decreased since the treatment. Angela has not only studied to learn her trade but she also has a natural talent and ability for the work that she does. I would find her incredibly helpful to expectant moms. I like a deep massage - like really deep the next day you feel a little sore but amazing - and not many massage therapists can meet my needs. My friend recommend Nicole and I was cautiously optimistic. I have had a couple massages with Nicole and I can confidently say I found my supplemental massage therapist. She uses a lot of pressure and different techniques like stretching that really helped open things up and relax the muscles. Nicole has a great appreciation of body mechanics and anatomy which in turn I appreciate. Her office is no frills. It's a shared waiting room with a rehab type place. She has a little room with her table and water and tranquil music but it is effective and gets the job done. Nicole is a nice lady as well who will chat you up or let you relax and just listen to the tranquil music depending on your mood.

Stay far away from Glenda. If you have any preferences or requests…read moreshe will do the opposite. She hides behind what she is "feeling" which ends up being what she doesn't feel like doing. She will interrupt the services with her own thoughts; it's all about her. I seriously think she has a personality problem, since I made the mistake of going to her twice (once years ago, and then last week - oops.) When I asked her why she did not even touch the right side of my body, the side I spoke to her about before the session and what brought me in, she said she sensed that "I" wasn't ready. That's gaslighting. Apparently some passive aggressive action, too. She said "3 sessions kept coming into my mind" and wanted to string me along to keep coming back to finally actually get touched on that side of my body. I can't believe I paid for this kind of abuse. Emotional and frankly physical. Can't believe she thinks she can masquerade behind this flimsy excuse. Please, if you are feeling vulnerable and need body work do not go to this possessed person, because she will pounce on your vulnerability in a narcissistic fever. Stay away!

I bought a five pack of massages (never expires and can share with your girlfriend/spouse and you save $10 per 60 minute massage over the normal $90) given the great experience. I felt so much better after my visit I wanted to cry because I had been in pain for weeks, and I almost forgot what it felt like not to live with pain. We also talked about not normalizing pain as individuals so, NOT be in pain was almost an 'ah hah' moment. As someone who works out 6-7 days a week, I hated to modify my exercises and no muscle rubs or Epsom salt would relieve my pain. Mira's hands are angelic.
