She took the time, energy and patience to talk me through the next steps after sustaining significant water damage from Hurricane Sally. Jim Tanner arrived to do an estimate and provided us with invaluable information before we ever signed a contract or paid a deposit. They meticulously documented all the moisture, water and damage for our insurance company. His crew (Jay, Matt & Andrew) came in and worked tirelessly to demo, remove, tape off unaffected areas and remediate the damage. They showed up early and stayed late. They left the house so clean after all the chaos. Their reports were detailed, accurate and so helpful. They gave us recommendations to get repair estimates. It really felt like at every step they always went the extra mile. We even had subsequent water intrusion and Jim came out to assess the situation. They really are a top notch operation.

Daniel assured me that he would be there in 15 minutes. He brought all the equipment to dry out my place. He also looked around to check if it's affecting my neighbor house and it was. He brought in additional equipment and pulled out everything in the bedroom to dry the place. He repeated checked on the progress and informed me when the house would be ready for guests. I had to claim insurance and Daniel assisted in knowing how to talk to insurance and adjuster. He reviewed my insurance claims.
