One of the shops that has really impressed me has been Social Smoke & Vape Lounge. As I don't smoke and I don't vape, I didn't think it would have anything that would interest me but to my surprise it had the best in line of CBD supplements I've been able to find. And finding good ones now isn't all that easy as they seem to have become all the rage. The store clerk couldn't have been more polite or helpful showing me the complete line of CBD offers which ranged from vary strengths in eye dropper type bottles to what I purchased being 1000mg Gummy Bear candies. As of the moment I have no idea whether or not they will work but I've always liked candy, particularly Swedish Fish and Gummy Bear. So, at least I will get to enjoy them. I'm just hoping it might be at least as effective as the fish oil and turmeric supplement routines but I know far better than doing aspirin, Naprosyn or such other such stuff. Over all I found Social Smoke & Vape Lounge to be one of the better such places and we're lucky to have right here on The Drive.

The posted operating hours start at 11am. I arrived at 10:50am, realized they weren't open for another 10 minutes and decided to just wait, but eventually left at 11:10 when I realized no one had arrived to open the store yet. It's entirely possible that they've made changes to their hours of operation, but this is the second time I've experienced an empty shop at least ten minutes after their posted opening time, so it honestly seems more like a time management issue by whoever is opening the store. With that said, their prices are fair, the selection is great, the staff is very friendly, and the location convenient. I'll likely be returning in the future, but will definitely need to avoid coming in right around opening time.

Once every two months I pop in and he's friendly. He got extremely hostile towards me because I didn't remember the answers that he provided me the last two months that I was there.... Isn't it his job to answer the questions that I am asking?????? That was the first hostile instance. And then when I asked to punch in my phone number, he looked at me weirdly and said why would you ask that like you've never been here before......." Let me tell you that's not an appropriate answer to give to a customer, what if I have short-term memory loss....what if I was dealing with a bad breakup and my head was in the clouds...what if I was grieving over a loss loved one? And then the third instance was the worse.... When I asked if I could pay in cash instead of card and then he said yeah if the $20 bill is real..... that's when I said I've had enough and I don't appreciate his hostility and then I spilled the beans of why my head wasn't in the cloud. It's because I'm dealing with the breakup and he said great get out of my store door is that way. All because I called out his hostility... I left speechless he asked me to politely leave the store and I did. I will be telling numerous people that I recommended the store to about how nasty this man was and I was born and raised on Pine Island, so I'd be more than happy to share the information.
