I bought a glass gravity "water pipe" from this store and noticed it had a crack in it when I got home. There is a rubber housing that covers the bottom of the glass bottle that I did not think to remove in the store. When I went back to the store, the owner tried to justify it by saying that this type of piece COMES ALREADY CRACKED, and he went and grabbed the same piece off the shelf. He removed the rubber piece, showing cracks all along the bottom. "See, this is just the type of glass, they all come like this. The rubber will protect it." If you know anything about glass, the slightest crack, chip, or otherwise ruins the integrity of the piece and the crack will only continue to grow over time. I had not used the piece and I just wanted my money back, but the owner refused siting their "large sign at the register" that states all sales are final. The sign at the register is a 3x5 index card. Hardly a large sign, but not the point. I had paid cash for the products and it was not like he was going to take a loss on a credit card fee. This place sucks - there are two other glass and smoke shops on this block. If you have any sense you will go there and not to Smoking Manors. read more

Richard ( Manager?) then called to attempt to give me a store credit a few hours later ... when I said I was not interested in a store credit and that I would dispute the charge through credit card he said "F@€£ You" and hung up! Though the big overhead sing on the front says "Smoke & Vape," the actual name of the place is Smoking Manors, and I'm amazed at the size of its inventory. Looking around I can't think of anything they don't have and what they do have comes in all sorts of sizes and verities. Besides having everything one could possibly ever need in the line of smoking equipment or vaping apparatus, it has a lot of that "skirt the law," and try to make it look legitimate but totally comical postings like "for tobacco use only." LOL! Well, US law does pretty much say it's all legal as long as it is sold with the intent to be used only for legal substances. But like who do they and the government think they're kidding? Is there anyone who smokes tobacco out of bongs, single hitters or water pipes other than maybe some remote Armenian? Besides being a vape place along with some incense, etc., it's basically a head shop, plain and simple. But as head shops go, it's a darn good one, in fact one of the best I've seen. read more

I wanted to take a moment to write a review for this shop although I do not purchase vape products anymore. The manager there is very knowledgeable on the products and takes his time with each customer to ensure that they are getting what they look for. Great customer service and communication with customers. Makes you feel happy and remembers you as a consumer pretty much after one purchase. That is always a great feeling! The entire staff wears their masks and provide sanitizer. They have you use your device prior to leaving to make sure there isn't any issue. The whole location is very clean and organized. If you are within the area is one of the nicer shops although it is pricey*. Overall, 10/10 for the shop. read more

Be careful of this place. The sales assistant made me swipe my card twice, resulting in a double charge for a single item. When I tried to dispute the charge with the store, the person on the phone told me to contact my credit card company to dispute, and my CC company will resolve. When I contacted my credit card company, they requested that the charges from Smoking Manors management and sent 2 charges to the CC company. And now the case is closed. I will never go back to this place, not only for this reason, but also because it's overpriced than other vape shops in the area. read more

ok, ive always smoked hookah when i was out and since the pandemic was starting i thought i would grab a hookah to be inside with, i initially just wanted something cheap and quick BUTT the nice guy at smoking manors literally walked me thru and answered all my questions and did not force me to buy nothing he just literally informed me well of everything and showed me the physical differences in the higher quality hookahs and found the perfect hookah for me, honestly the quality of this is better than majority of the hookahs ive had in clubs/lounges, a great hookah is an investment im glad i made, it was my first personal hookah so i only knew how to pack it from youtube videos but he literally walked me thru the WHOLE process right in the store, that was the nicest thing everrrr like what more could you ask for, the customer service is superb, every time i go back for more supply he welcomes me and answers any questions happily, literally a great place with so many things, and its so cute and neat, highly recommend one stop shop read more

If only zero stars were an option. I admit, I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to vaping. I went in looking for help only to find that the sales guy was rude. He cut me off several times in conversation and seemed to speak down to me. With so much other competition in the area I was really surprised by the attitude I received. The owner I Believe his name is Jay is very laid-back and patient and has taught mehow to use certain products and equipment and answered all my questions and concerns efficiently and promptly because I'm a newbie when it comes to using an oil burner and the products.
