So when I called before that date to cancel and was told I couldn't cancel until after another month, I was confused. I couldn't even cancel now and pay for the 2nd month. I have to call back after the 2nd pay date to cancel. This is not good practice or good customer service. When it comes to the actual chiropractic service, it's not great. Caused pain with the adjustment with one person. Two different people told me two different reasons for my pain. Neither could help the pain.
