Inside, there's a simple but comfortable waiting room. My reflexologist Mary Ann welcomed me warmly and since it was my first time, told me about reflexology and how it works. She asked if I had anything in particular I wanted to work on, and got started. My feet are usually so ticklish, but they weren't at all during the session! Throughout, Mary Ann told me which pressure points correlated to which parts of the body - so fascinating. I could definitely tell when she hit the points that correlate with where I hold tension: my neck, shoulders, and lower back. It was a soothing and relaxing session, and I learned so much. At the end, Mary Ann even showed me which parts of my hand I can press on myself when I'm feeling tension in certain areas.
