Last week we moved my father into assisted living as he is suffering from dementia. Contacted Heather on Wednesday and confirmed that she would come out and clean my dad's place on Saturday. Fast forward to today when it was scheduled for her to go out there and when she arrived she sent a text saying there was rat feces, bed bugs on the carpet, mouse droppings on every window, and then said the place was so bad that it would cost $1500-2000 to be cleaned by a restoration company. And then she said I lied about the condition and then calls me trash and a clown and then is threatening legal action against me. So weird, I was the customer calling her to see if she provide a service which was house cleaning because I needed the kitchen & bathrooms cleaned and the carpets vacuumed for the new homeowners. My dad has a cleaning person come out every couple weeks to clean the house and do laundry. She made it sound like the house should be condemned. She also left the back door open, side door open and left the lights on in every room. Not very professional at all. Maybe new to house cleaning business? Maybe not. Anyway I would discourage anyone from using these services when if things don't go her way she verbally starts attacking. The reviews on Yelp/Google/KSL all speak for themselves. Just wish I researched this place closer before reaching out to them. July 30th 2018 update: If you have ever seen the movie Fatal Attraction (1987) you will see the star of the show works for Xtra Hands Cleaning. She has been calling me non stop, texting me, posting my personal information on the web and begging and pleading for me to remove my Yelp review. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the $250 charge. I also had to call the authorities for her constant harassing. And nope I will not remove my review so that others can have peace of mind when looking for a honest and trustworthy person to clean their home or office.

She said that she would do the…read morebaseboards, blinds, bathrooms, glass cabinet fronts etc...you know all of the standard deep cleaning tasks you would expectwith one exception I told her not to worry about cleaning the floors to make sure she had ample time to preform all other tasks discussed to the highest standard. Not ONE of those things were clean by the time she left. See the photos. When I came home to pay her I found urine all over the toilets, dirty glass, toothpaste in the sinks. At first I pointed out the things I noticed and asked her to go back over them again as I continued to walk through I discovered having her try to fix things was a lost cause, because literally nothing had been done. When I tried to discuss this with her she flew off the handle. She told me she wanted to be paid $350 for 10 hours of work, I told her she did not do $350 worth of work then she told me my job that day was free as she ranted about what a terrible person I was. I told her to leave my home. Her associate Rob followed after her. When he got to the van she began to yell at him and tell him how awful he was and blamed him for everything . I'm not going to lie watching her yell at him felt very wrong, I yelled to her to take some f****** responsibility, then the magic happened I got called a c***, a b****, filth, a bully, just about anything degrading she could think to say she said it . Then she began to harass me about getting paid by text. The story actually goes on but I don't think you should have to read a novel. Bottom line, JUST STAY AWAY from this company! 4 out of 5 reviews don't lie.
