As we walked through the home going over the fine details of what was needed as well as the tight timeline and budget, Jacqueline (owner of business) let us know that this was a larger job than she would be able to do to a satisfactory level. She got out her phone and started helping us find another service that could meet the requirements of the job/house. That was such amazing customer service and care. After Jacqueline arrived she quickly assessed my unit and determined that my unit did not meet the criteria for the cost for a deep cleaning service. At her suggestion, we went down to the leasing office and confirmed with the property manager that I had a better alternative as my unit did not require a "deep cleaning". I wrote this review to emphasize Jacqueline's honesty and I believe she is one of the few genuine people out there. She's also one of the nicest people I've met in my 49 years and if i were to continue to live in Salt Lake City I would want her for regular cleaning services.

I scheduled my appointment, verified my email address and waited for the day to come when they'd show up! While inviting them in they said they were here to do both of my fireplaces (I had mentioned on the phone that I have a gas and wood fireplace and I was thinking about buying two Groupons to do both.) I informed him that was false and we'd only be doing the fireplace downstairs. He became defensive a little rude and told me to just show him where the wood fireplace was. He checked out the fireplace downstairs and checked out the roof and came up to me and said that he wasn't informed that my fireplace was an insert. I was unaware at that time that there were inserts and told him this is the first time I've ever heard of such a thing as I just bought the house last December. He started getting very short with me and said I was asked on the phone whether it was a insert or normal fireplace (Not sure the other term). I told him I was not asked about this and he told me I was. Needless to say there was a back and forth where he called me a liar. In the end this was not only wasted my time but wasted the companies time. I contacted their customer service line and the lady was very nice but did not understand that she did not mention ANYTHING about inserts or normal fireplaces as I would have gone downstairs and explained what I found / see so they can judge. At this point I just wanted a refund and to go on my way. She said they would NOT be issuing me a refund until they verify what was said on the recording and they would be contacting Groupon to fight it. The only reason I am writing this as I want to ensure that nobody else has this issue with this company, I am not sure if I am the odd ball out here but from what I can see they were rude and didn't even try to appease me. A real professional would have suggested doing the gas fireplace as the fireplace downstairs is not covered and we'd review the recording of the call and if it was found I was told and I am mistaken then its my fault but if they are mistaken then we can come up with a deal.

Very Unethical People…read more Hired Rodney Myer to clean our chimney at home and to repair our backflash. They came out got sooth all over our carpeting and never finished the repair of the broken stone in our fire place even though we paid them in advance for their services and for the replacement backflash stone. Rodney's excuse was that UPS kept delivering him a broken stone. I asked for a refund of the monies I paid in advance for the stone and since October of 2013 I have yet to hear from them. Very bad company avoid at all cost!
